Certification

After attending either our online course or one of our classroom-based courses, candidates will be eligible to take the optional IASSC Green Belt certification exam online, at a convenient time after course completion.

Course Duration

3 days classroom or 5 x 2.5 hours online (plus 12 hours personal work including video, worksheets and quizzes).

This course covers the difference between the Yellow Belt and the Green Belt courses and candidates must have completed Yellow Belt training prior to attendance. Our Green Belt training gives an extensive grounding in Lean Six-Sigma which covers in detail: Lean tools and techniques and business benefits, project set-up, DMAIC and all the associated statistical tools and techniques. The online training option requires an additional 20 hours of personal study in addition to the attendance at the online sessions. This consists of a review of the video from each session, completing problem worksheets and taking quizzes.

Candidates MUST be Yellow Belt trained prior to attendance.
